Succession planning: A pipeline of skilled talent for future workforce needs is essential.

I designed a succession and talent development framework that provided a strategy to identify, mentor and grow leaders within a State Government Department.

Online learning: The flexibility and ‘just-in-time’ nature of online learning is hard to beat. This 9-part orientation program was built to support the transition of internationally sponsored childcare workers entering Australia to quickly become aware and comfortable of the Australian Childcare Industry.

Performace Management is a foundational process in making sure that the work that is needed gets done. But it is also can be one of the scariest for leaders to deal with. A positive and robust process doesn’t need to be punitive, and can support both the organisation, individual and workplace culture.

Capability Frameworks: Understand the skills needed for a specific role or even profession. This involves analysing role design and professional standards. Determining performance standards, and developing the behavious, skills, and expertise needed to reach these standards. I completed this type of project twice within the Queensland

Training design: In this project I took a large volume of existing client content and structured it into a 6-week online program for schools. This also included creating learning resources and filming video content

Learning design and facilitation : Ethni is a QLD-based not-for-profit. I worked with their team to refresh a 'pathways to employment' program for young women from refugee and migrant backgrounds. I also co-facilitated this workshop providing HR industry advice

Leader and manager development: The line manager has one of this toughest jobs in the organisaton. They have to straddle the technical and people management components of their role. I designed this framework to support leadership development in a way that was customised to the organisation it was delivered in, but also provided robust performance and learning assessment tools to support it.

Recruitment: Cornerstone to your success in business is the quaity of your team members. This starts at the recruitent process. I have designed multiple strategies and policies for both small business and non-profit through to larger government organisations. These processes have anti-bias and inclusive strategies built in.
