Renee Shea

Renee Shea is a passionate leadership and personal brand coach. She is dedicated to empowering more women into leadership roles, to create a world where women have equal access to real economic empowerment.

I’m Renee Shea. I’ve got over two decades of experience in human resources, organisational development, and coaching, and I’ve dedicated myself to making workplaces more inclusive and supportive.

I founded Promote Her to support more women into leadership roles and create a world where women have equal access to real economic empowerment. It’s a big vision, but I believe it starts with small, impactful actions in workplaces like yours.

So, through Promote Her, I focus on building kind, purpose-driven workplace cultures. We offer a range of services for both individuals and organisations, including:

I am also really proud to say that Promote Her is a social enterprise. That means that a portion of our income goes towards subsidised or pro bono work. Recently, we’ve been partnering with a non-profit organisation that support young women and girls from refugee and migrant backgrounds, helping them with employment readiness and career mentoring programs.
