About the experience
Self-assessments and pre-work:
To get the maximum impact of this program you will be sent some pre-work prior the workshop. This will include some self-assessment and personality profile tools, along with some preparation reflection.
2-day in-person workshop
In a relaxed, retreat-like setting we will connect as a small group. There is a lot of self-reflection and sharing in this program, so the environment is intentionally set to be safe, inclusive and supportive.
Online support and resources
All participants will be invited into the online SupportHer platform. A place where you can continue to connect, hold each other accountable for progress and share wins.

A bit about me
I am a lot of things. A coach, educator, speaker and colour lover. But at my core, I am someone who is dedicated to empowering women to become influential leaders for our future.
I specialise in leadership development and personal branding. I believe that big change in organisations and systems starts with people in it. So while the impact is transformative, the work is deeply personal. These two tools are a channel for this personal, life-changing work.
I have 20 years of experience delivering impactful programs for private and public sector organisations. I hold a Masters in Human Resource Management, a degree in Sociology, Life Coaching certification and a bucket load of life experience that helps inform and shape who I am and what I deliver.
