We’re here for our small and medium business friends. Sometimes you need a little extra help with those people-management situations, but you’re not quite big enough to have an in-house HR team. That’s what the Culture Builders Retainer packages are here for.
Starting from $1500/month we become an extension of your team. Our services include everything from performance management, and recruitment support, understanding Fair Work compliance or maybe training and onboarding.
With a dedicated point of contact we will make sure you feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive. Our goal is to help you embed good HR and people mangement practice into the day-to-day of your operations, building a culture where everyone can succeed.

For the ad-hoc ‘damn I’d like to talk through this with someone’ moments. Coaching calls start at $165+gst /hour.
Culture Builders level 1
Up to four advice calls, and eight hours of HR support per month. The lighter option for just a little bit of help.
$1580+gst/ month.
